How does it work?
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum) is an herb native to southern Europe and Asia . An extremely versatile herb with multiple applications, Fenugreek contains more than a 100 phytochemical constituents, including furostanol saponins and steroidal saponins. Testofen is a fenugreek extract standardised for the saponin Fenuside, which is known to raise testosterone levels and boost libido.
Who is it used for?
Testofen is effective for anyone seeking rapid gains in muscle size, strength and power Athletes involved in strength- and power-based sports, bodybuilders and regular gym users are likely to notice significant gains in both muscular size and performance. Testofen is also popular with men who want to improve libido and sexual performance.
How does it work?
Testofen is a fenugreek extract standardised for Fenuside, a saponin that's found in Fenugreek. Testofen appears to works by stimulating the hypothalamus to produce corticotropin releasing hormone (CRH), which then acts on the pituitary gland, leading to an increase in the production of adrenocorticotrophin hormone (ACTH). ACTH then acts on the adrenal cortex to raise androgen levels, which are then converted into testosterone.

Not only does Testofen appear to increase the natural production of testosterone, it also has a "testosterone-like" structure. Animal studies suggest that it can activate the androgen receptor itself and produce testosterone-like effects.

How do I use it?
Take 2-4 capsules at regular intervals throughout the day. Testofen can be taken with or without meals.
What results can I expect?
Testofen typically leads to an increase in the size, hardness, and definition of muscles. Strength and aggression during a workout is often increased, and one should see results within 7-14 days.
