Hormone control

Boosts growth hormone

Muscle Builder

Mood enhancer
How does it work?
GH Kick is a natural way to optimise growth hormone levels without the use of dangerous and illegal anabolic drugs. This makes it suitable for anyone wanting to gain muscle size and strength without excess fat. Sprinters, rugby players, bodybuilders and all athletes involved in strength- and power-based sports, along with regular gym users wanting to lose fat and build muscle, are likely to benefit from
GH Kick supplementation.
Per 30 grams (2 scoops):
Glutalysinapyro™: 4.4 grams (comprising)
-
L-Glutamine: 2 grams
-
Arginine pyroglutamate: 1.2 grams
-
Lysine hydrochloride: 1.2 grams
Nicotinic acid: 75 milligrams
How does it work?
Growth hormone is one of the most powerful hormones in the human body. It promotes both the growth of lean muscle tissue and the loss of fat. As you age, growth hormone levels drop, which is one reason you lose muscle and gain fat as you age. Dr. Daniel Rudman first discovered the benefits of growth hormone over 10 years ago. Publishing his findings in the prestigious New England Journal of Medicine, Rudman showed that just 6 months of growth hormone treatment increased lean muscle by almost 9% 21]. For an average male weighing 12 stone, this equates to 13 pounds of new muscle.
Glutamine
Glutamine is considered a "conditionally essential amino acid" because it can be manufactured in the body, but under extreme physical stress (such as training with weights 3-4 times each week) the demand for glutamine exceeds the body's ability to make it. Research at Louisiana State University shows that 2 grams of
L-Glutamine will optimise growth hormone levels by up to 400% [3]! One trial carried in the prestigious Journal of Nutrition shows that large doses of glutamine accelerate muscle growth four-fold compared to a placebo [7].
Arginine pyroglutamate
The effect of arginine on growth hormone levels is of most interest to people wanting to lose fat and build muscle. Because it stimulates the natural production of growth hormone, arginine is a far safer and more cost effective alternative to growth hormone treatment. In a controlled trial, when arginine and other amino acids were combined with weight training, a greater decrease in body fat was obtained after only five weeks than when the same exercise was combined with a placebo [9]. Although some of the research has used large doses of arginine, more recent trials suggest that
arginine pyroglutamate (arginine bound to pyroglutamic acid) is more likely to cross the blood brain barrier and produce greater elevations in growth hormone levels [5]. Arginine is also needed to increase protein synthesis, which can in turn increase muscle growth. Arginine's effect on increasing protein synthesis also means that it improves wound healing [8].
Lysine hydrochloride
Lysine is an essential amino acid, which means that it is essential to human health but cannot be manufactured by the body. For this reason, lysine must be obtained from food .In a controlled trial, when lysine and other amino acids were combined with weight training, a greater decrease in body fat was obtained after only five weeks than when the same exercise was combined with a placebo [9].
Lysine hydrochloride combined with
arginine pyroglutamate has been shown to elevate growth hormone levels by several hundred percent for a period of up to eight hours [5].
Nicotinic acid
Nicotinic acid (also called vitamin B3) is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. All B vitamins help the body convert carbohydrates into sugar, which is "burned" to produce energy. Niacin plays an important role in ridding the body of toxic and harmful chemicals. It also helps the body make various sex and stress-related hormones in the adrenal glands and other parts of the body.
How do I use it?
Mix 2 scoops (30 grams) in 150-250 milliliters of water (according to taste) and drink before going to bed (or 20 minutes before a workout).
GH Kick can also be taken at breakfast time. If too strong reduce to one scoop daily. Don't take
GH Kick within 45 minutes of consuming any high-protein food or formula, as this will interfere with the uptake of the amino acids in
GH Kick and limit its effectiveness.
What results can I expect?
When combining
GH Kick with a high-protein diet, most users can expect to gain an extra 9 or 10 pounds of new muscle over a 2-3 month period. This, however, depends on the individual, and results do vary. Many users over the age of 30 also report an increase in energy levels and feelings of well-being.
